Australia’s Medlab Clinical Ltd. said it applied to list shares on Nasdaq under the symbol MDLB.
The stock is currently listed on the Australian Securities Exchange under the symbol MDC.
In connection with the proposed listing on the Nasdaq, Medlab said it was planning to offer shares and warrants for purchase. The company didn’t indicate a size for the planned offering, nor did it give an anticipated price range.
Medlab said it is a “biotechnology company that formulates innovative solutions and innovative consumer health care products to provide integrative patient care.”
On Oct. 12, the company’s stock closed on the ASX at AUD$11.11 ($6.99) per share.
