Strix Group PLC said Thursday that its net profit for 2021 was in line with market expectations of 31.4 million pounds ($42.3 million).
The manufacturer of kettle safety controls said that it experienced continued positive momentum in the second half of the year, achieving 30% revenue growth on a constant currency basis.
In addition, String confirmed that it intends to pay a dividend in line with its progressive policy, which is linked to underlying earnings.
Shares at 0932 GMT were down 1.6% at 248 pence.
