Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals shares rose 72% to $2.34 after hours Monday as the biopharmaceutical company withdrew a filing for a securities offering.
The company said in March that it planned to offer stock and warrants and amended its Form S-1 filing twice in April.
Cyclacel said in a filing Friday that it would suspend payment of the quarterly cash dividend on its 6% convertible exchangeable preferred stock scheduled for May 1.
