Adecco Group AG is acquiring France’s QAPA, which provides a digital platform for job seekers.
The Swiss human-resource company said Tuesday that the takeover would be for an initial consideration of 65 million euros ($77.2 million) in a deal expected to contribute to the group’s earnings before interest, taxes, and amortization margin from 2022.
QAPA deploys technologies such as artificial intelligence and cloud architecture to provide candidate sourcing, matching, and back-office processing.
The company has around 60 employees and had a turnover of EUR45 million in the 12 months ended June.
