FinnCap Group PLC and Panmure Gordon Group Ltd. said Thursday that they have ended discussions over a potential takeover.
The companies said each board concluded that it wasn’t possible to find mutually acceptable terms or structure for such a combination.
On Oct. 18, finnCap said it had received a takeover approach from Panmure that valued it at around 24.4 million pounds ($29.4 million).
