Shares of DoubleVerify Holdings Inc. increased 8% to $27.49 in after-hours trading on Wednesday as the stock is set to join the S&P SmallCap 600.
The S&P Dow Jones Indices said late Wednesday that DoubleVerify will replace Meridian Bioscience Inc. in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of trading on Tuesday.
SD Biosensor is acquiring Meridian Bioscience in a deal expected to be completed soon.
